她的 男朋友　很 富有。 Her boyfriend is rich.
Tāde nánpéngyou hěn fùyǒu.
She-of male-friend very rich-have.

徐 小姐 看起来 很 富有。 Ms. Hsu appears to be really rich.
Xú xiǎojiě kànqǐlái hěn fùyǒu.
Xu little-big-sister look-rise-come very rich-have.

我 不 是 一个 富人。 I am not a rich person.
Wǒ bù shì yígè fùrén.
I not is one rich-person.

他 很 贫穷。 He is very poor.
Tā hěn pínqióng.
He very poor-exhausted.

他们 十分 贫穷 。 They are extremely poor.
Tāmen shífēn pínqióng.
He-plural ten-units poor-exhausted.

我 听说 胡 先生的 家庭 很 贫穷。 I've heard that Mr. Hu's family is very poor.
Wǒ tīngshuō Hú xiānshengde jiātínɡ hěn pínqióng.
